Help bring Outernet to life where you live. Be a friendly local guide, community builder, and connector — at any level, from nation to neighbourhood.
Outernet Ambassadors help bring Outernet to life in their community. Think of yourself as a friendly local guide, community builder, and connector. You're not expected to build everything yourself. Your role is simply to help people discover Outernet, support new Outernet Cafes, encourage local participation, and help the network grow naturally over time.
Ambassadors can steward any level of community — from an entire nation down to a single neighbourhood. Choose the territory that best matches where you live and where you want to make a difference.
As an Ambassador, you'll be helping to create something that many people feel is missing today: stronger local communities, more real-world connections, and places where people can meet, collaborate, learn, and take positive action together.
There are no quotas, no corporate targets, and no pressure to grow at all costs. Outernet grows one conversation, one cafe, and one community at a time.
Nation
Steward an entire country's Outernet network
City
Coordinate a major urban area
Town
Lead a town-sized community
Village
Nurture a small local community
Neighbourhood
Build connections on your street or block
As your Outernet network develops, you'll receive a share of the revenue generated within your territory. The stronger and healthier the network becomes, the more everyone benefits. Your success is linked directly to the success of the local communities you help support.
Every community starts somewhere. Whether it's a nation, city, town, village, or neighbourhood — the first Ambassador is often the person who simply decides to begin.
If you'd like to help build a more connected, cooperative, and community-focused future where you live, becoming an Outernet Ambassador could be the perfect place to start.
Fill in the form below to apply as an ambassador for your chosen territory. You'll need an Outernet account — if you don't have one, you'll be prompted to create one.
